JBC Tools CP-1QE station comes with the Adjustable Micro Tweezers AM120, the most effective tool for soldering and rework of SMD components like chips and small/medium SOP that require the highest precision. The CP-1QE works with the JBC exclusive heating system and the intelligent sleep & hibernation features. Using the menu of the CP-1QE you can personalize over 20 parameters to help manage the soldering process. The JBC Tools CP-1QE features a USB connector to update software, create graphs and manage parameters from a PC. The JBC Tools CP-1QE works with the lightest and ergonomic AM120-A Micro Tweezers and the C120 cartridges.

The CP-1QE micro tweezer control unit features large graphic display that shows important information at a glance. Any changes to the original settings can be easily made via menu on the display. This integrated parameter programming allows the station to memorize up to 5 temperatures, allowing to limit maximum temperature, programs sleep and hibernation mode, blocks the system with a PIN code. The CP-1QE process control keeps fixed temperature limits, reads the usage counters, blocks the keypad with a PIN or program sleep or hibernation mode.
